Dosage Instructions

RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:

2-5% of your dog's body weight.

Based on experience, the ideal daily portion is around 2-3% for large dogs, while 3-4% is ideal for small to medium-sized dogs.

Higher portions may only be necessary for working dogs with extreme energy demands.

SERVING:

The eco-friendly cardboard packaging contains individual blocks of ~225-240 grams each.

Simply take out the number of blocks you wish to feed your pet from the freezer, thaw them, and they're ready to serve.

This way, you don't have to worry about how long the thawed meal can be stored in the fridge - just thaw the daily portion as needed.

STORAGE:

Keep frozen.

Thaw separately from human food. Serve after thawing.

Pet food, for animal consumption only!

What's in it?

INGREDIENTS:

beef 47% (tripe, meat, lung, heart, liver, cartilage), turkey 38% (meat, bone, cartilage), salmon 10% (salmon may contain bones), vegetables, fruits and oils 5% (broccoli, lettuce, apple, carrot, cold pressed sunflower oil, camelina seed oil (Camelina sativa))

Bone content in product: ~8%

This corresponds to approximately ~16% bone-in meat in the menu, since in reality only about half of bone-in meat is actual bone.

Did you know?

The calcium content in different bones can vary significantly: there's less in poultry bones, more in mammal bones.
This is why it's impossible to specify an exact ideal bone percentage in BARF meals. For homemade BARF meals, 15-25% is recommended as a general guideline, which may vary slightly depending on the calcium content of the bones. (Small variations of a few percent won't cause any problems, but long-term neither too much nor too little bone is ideal.)
